Les nouveaux horizons de l’innovation (Presses des Mines, 2022), When children draw gods(Springer, 2023).

In his presentation, he talks about a festival… that’s only been held every 20 to 25 years… for three centuries. So, an old tradition. But, between each edition, the world changes: wars (Napoleonic or world wars), famines, epidemics (phyloxera, Covid-19…), industrialization, the rise of television, Hollywood peplums, the car, agricultural mechanization and chemical control…, then the return of biodiversity, daytime show now nighttime show… The narrative of the investigation begins with a tasting, in 2017, with a wine glass on which is written “Fête des Vignerons 2019”. He wonders what this glass says about the festival.
