Title of the thesis: Intermediaries in private housing energy renovation.
Under the supervision of Thomas Reverdy (PACTE, Grenoble-INP) and Alexandre Mallard (CSI, Mines Paris – PSL).
The thesis examines how an ecosystem of public and private actors emerges and organises itself around the idea of ‘accompaniment for energy renovation’ presented in the Climate and Resilience Act 2021. Considering these actors as double intermediaries (market intermediaries and public action intermediaries), this research aims to better understand, on the one hand, what characterises their activity and, on the other hand, how they organise themselves.
