The Observatory for Responsible Innovation would like to signal the publication of an important contribution to both the scientific understanding and the political and industrial articulation of responsible innovation: Responsible Innovation: Managing the Responsible Emergence of Science and Innovation in Society, a book edited by Richard Owen, John Bessant and Maggy Heintz (Wiley, 2013).
